Voices for Choices CIC deliver Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVP) in Greater Manchester, is seeking highly motivated individuals who can work collaboratively to join our dynamic team. We exist to ensure every family receives the exceptional care they deserve throughout their maternity and early parenthood experience.
We are a collective a united team of passionate individuals who are committed to going beyond traditional boundaries, with the shared purpose of amplifying the voices of our community, working hand in hand to achieve our vision for a world where maternity and neonatal services are well resourced, safe, person-centred, respectful, equitable, empowering and enable families to make important choices based on accessible and accurate information.
Lead the way in shaping exceptional maternity care for families! As a MNVP Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference for families and oversee the following responsibilities:

Championing Family Voices:
- Actively engage and listen to families from diverse backgrounds about their maternity and neonatal care experiences.
- Work collaboratively to co-create solutions and tools that improve care quality.
- Advocate for marginalised communities, ensuring their voices are heard.
Translate user experiences into actionable insights to amplify their voices with senior leaders.
Driving Positive Change:
- Lead and manage transformative maternity and neonatal care projects, setting ambitious goals and securing resources.
- Collaborate with NHS providers, commissioners, and stakeholders to break down barriers and influence local strategies and policies.
Integrate service user voice into best practice, training and culture
Effective Communication and Collaboration:
- Chair and participate in MNVP and NHS governance meetings.
- Develop and oversee the annual MNVP work plan.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using data analysis, reports, and regular community insights sharing.
- Work collaboratively with the project manager, engagement officers, and the NHS trust.
