YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced in partnering with the business as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and networking
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Adept at refining systems and processes to optimise performance and productivity
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to deliver on targets
  • Solid and proven experience in Head Hunting and talent pooling
  • Experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle including applications and screening all the way through to contract issue.
  • Experience writing detailed and engaging job advertisements
  • Experience organising/ hosting and attending networking events
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing application tracking systems, generating reports and all associated admin tasks
  • Experience conducting regular follow-ups with managers and providing value ad
  • Solid knowledge of current Data and Analytics market insights and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION

  • Minimum experience of 3+ years and demonstrated success across various recruiting strategies and techniques.
  • Agency or Internal recruitment experience

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates to Hiring Managers. You will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the regional leadership team, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.
A core focus of this position will be on headhunting - leveraging your extensive industry networks, market expertise, and pursuit of the best talent to identify, engage, and secure high-calibre individuals, even those not actively seeking new opportunities.
