As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors.
As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This increased to 6 schools from August 2021 and increased again in August 2022.
Al Salam is a large cycle 1 school, serving approximately 1700 students from our local community aged between 6 and 11 years.
We are seeking outstanding, dedicated and resilient teachers who are committed to the long term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Mathematics Specialist Teacher to join our team of educators. As a Mathematics Specialist at Taaleem Charter Schools, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and rigorous mathematics instruction to inspire a love of learning and mathematical curiosity in students. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment focused on professional growth, best practices, and achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver well-structured, student-centered lessons in line with the UAE curriculum standards and international best practices.
• Use data-driven strategies to assess student progress and tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring that all students reach their full potential in mathematics.
• Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including other subject specialists and support staff, to develop interdisciplinary projects that reinforce mathematical concepts across the curriculum.
• Integrate technology and hands-on resources to enhance mathematical learning and engagement.
• Participate actively in school initiatives, contributing to a positive school culture and supporting Taaleem Charter Schools’ commitment to continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to support students’ growth, progress, and wellbeing.
