We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our search engine marketing strategies, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and user engagement for both liv.rent and our diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid search campaigns and a passion for data-driven marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help create and execute strategies with prominent search engines, create content plans, track and optimize websites, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, including bid management, ad copy, and landing page improvements.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEM trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEM strategies align with overall company and client goals.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to improve click-through and conversion rates.
