As a MDU Build Inspector you will play a vital role in our mission to build future-proof networks that empower our clients, businesses and communities alike.
As an integral part of our dynamic Contract Resource team, you’ll be immersed in an environment driven by cutting-edge technology and fuelled by constant innovation.
Reporting directly to our client, the successful candidate will streamline deliverables whilst maintaining high health & safety standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A minimum of 5 years previous construction organisational experience preferably within the Telecoms Industry.
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience in the construction/telecoms/cable industry.
  • Track record of effectively delivering results through others within tight timelines and to a consistently high standard.
  • Demonstrable previous experience of supervising outsourced contractor activities.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and report writing skills.
  • IT literacy in MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability to influence effectively at all levels within the business.
  • A full driving License.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for day-to-day liaison with our MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) build partners to ensure our MDU targets are delivered and in line with the MDU build program schedule.
  • Be a point of contact for and resolve designated construction issues with our clients MDU team.
  • Tracking build progress and report.
  • Attending weekly progress meetings with MDU build partners and our clients MDU team.
  • Ensure all MDU network is built to our client’s specifications.
  • Liaise with our Quality Audit teams to ensure the timely delivery of completed units- maintain the throughput of completed projects through the quality audit channel.
  • Liaison with our client and Design partners to ensure optimum design efficiency.
  • Sample check completed network build MDU’s to ensure full compliance.
