Position summary : Ensure implementation, standardization, homologation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for OEE and RTY improvement
2. Coordinate equipment’s installations and upgrades
3. Coordinate and assure trainings for production and maintenance departments regarding the new equipment and products
4. Define process flow and equipment layout for production lines
5. Participate at customer incident analysis and collaborating with quality department
6. Support NPI dept. for new products launch
7. Support HSE to identify and solve all safety issues
8. Support maintenance in order to reduce MTBF MTTR.
9. Define and share with quality dept. devices which prevent operating errors
10. Define update and share with maintenance dep list of tooling which generate critical process parameters
11. Responsible for KAIZEN processes
