REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role within advertising operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SFTPs, and AWS-S3, with basic Python and SQL experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Familiarity with the advertising technology ecosystem (Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, Publishers, SSPs, etc)
  • Experience with advertising attribution, measurement, and analytical tools (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues systematically and propose innovative solutions
  • Action-oriented approach with experience delivering business results in ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external teams
  • High adaptability and eagerness to learn new technical and non-technical skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
    $75,000 - $85,000 a year
    Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives and long-term incentives. Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address client requirements, measurement goals, and needs across Publisher, Agency, and Advertiser clients
  • Tag, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad delivery on various ad servers
  • Manage technical collaborations and partnerships with global industry leaders, including Advertising Agencies, Brands, and Publishers
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service
  • Identify areas for improvement in project management and client experience, applying critical thinking to solve problems
