  • Utilises understanding of research and insight tools and methodologies (both quantitative and qualitative) to suggest approaches and draw conclusions.
  • Serves as an expert on how tools and methods are applied to meet a client’s or team’s needs, and can recommend an approach.
  • Knowledge of key measurement methodologies including marketing mix modelling, qual & quantitative research and digital attribution
  • An analytical mindset, identifying the story behind data and drawing useful conclusions that are presented back in our outputs in a clear and appropriate manner.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Measurement Manager. This is a Full-time position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP’s mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be involved in a variety of work, spanning:


    • Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the measurement process (such as suppliers and internal teams at OpenDoor).

    • Helping to analyse data sets and draw useful conclusions from the insight, presenting these conclusions most appropriately.
    • Presenting insights back to clients and agency teams in a clear manner
    • Completing regular measurement audits of client’s current capabilities and prioritising recommendations for future improvements to measurement set up based on effort vs return
    • Ensuring that measurement and effectiveness is a consideration at all stages of the planning process from strategy development through to activation.
    • Working with activation teams to design tests/experiments to understand granular channel performance across multiple locales.
    • Build an understanding of measurement tools and techniques available to understand performance.
    • Work with the planning and activation teams to ensure the learnings from previous analysis are fed back into future planning cycles.
    • Supporting the teams in designing tests that allow us to robustly measure campaign uplifts
    • Develop an understanding of the drivers of performance beyond marketing levers to provide a broader view on the most effective approach to maximise client performance.
