Efficiently packaging meats according to SOPs
Stocking and merchandizing a variety of best-in-class products
Interacting with guests and providing information and taking special orders
Developing and maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines
Managing inventory, minimizing and recording shrink
Maintaining equipment as needed
Maintaining compliance with State and Federal regulations by following SOPs to ensure adherence to those regulations
