We are constantly growing and currently looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team as an Assembly Technician
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be able to work in group settings on large projects and follow the direction of the project leader(s)
- Be able to work independently on smaller projects
- Be able to read and understand schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical)/shop drawings
- Be able to work alone with little supervision to trouble shoot, diagnose and service a wide range of hydraulic equipment
- Be able to set up components on test bench and interpret and record test results
- Should be familiar with hydraulic circuits and use of test equipment (e.g. flow meter)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary training: Mechanical and/or hydraulic background
- 5+ years related experience
- Drilling exp. is an asset
- Hydraulic/Electrical exp. is an asset
- High School graduate, Grade 12
- Safety training, safe work habits
- Good communication skills
- Minimum class 5 driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Personal tools
