CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SKILLS:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on the project site to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop, organise, and implement a cost-effective mechanical construction plan that aligns with project deadlines and budgets.
  • Execute construction, fabrication, and pre-commissioning activities as per the project schedule and scope.
  • Track and report on project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities, to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any modifications to specifications, scope, or drawings are documented accurately.
  • Maintain adherence to Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality standards, ensuring all activities align with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and subcontractors, to meet project requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the project team, fostering a positive work environment to meet project goals.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions clearly with all stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach.
