QUALIFICATIONS
The key qualifications include:
- Solid experience within CAD software
- Experience with mechanical design and developing innovative solutions
- An understanding of production processes and drafting
- Ability to maintain a clear overview and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required education/degree:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or within a related field of study. Preferred experience from the defense, aviation industry, or from a production company.

Responsibilities:
TEAM AND ROLE
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer, who will be responsible for various mechanical design projects. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will use your technical skills to visualize and bring complex designs to life. You will transform concepts into functional, real-world solutions with an understanding of production processes and drafting.
The department functions as the technical center of excellence and tackles a wide range of tasks, varying in type, size and application, with most colleagues being highly specialized in their respective fields. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include:
- Transform concepts into functional, real-world solutions that meet both design and production requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, sharing technical expertise and clear communication to support projects
- Collaborate with sales teams to offer technical insights and manage projects from concept through production, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs
- Provide technical inputs to support Termas activities in production, innovation and towards customers
- Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations
