ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be working with current engineering team designing jigs and fixtures, assembly benches and semi-automated & automated production cells.

SPECIFICALLY, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Working for the lean manufacturing and design team; designing machinery for Automotive and Aerospace and any other Industry related to division provided services.
• Designing fixtures, jigs, assembly benches, semi-automated to fully automated machines to aid customers in manufacturing process.
• Issue manufacturing drawings and liaise with the workshop.
• Following up with manufacturing and ensuring correct interpolation of drawings and projects.
• Following up projects commissioning.
• Liaising with customers and building relationships.
• Checking and ensuring designs for all projects meet company standards.
