MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR SKILLS:

• 5+ years in M&E coordination, with experience on healthcare or large-scale projects.
• Proven experience with mechanical and electrical systems in the construction sector.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360).
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations and healthcare-specific standards.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Relevant Health & Safety certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, IOSH).
