MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR SKILLS:

  • Oversee and coordinate all mechanical and electrical services within construction projects, ensuring proper integration with other disciplines.
  • Work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and cooperation on all M&E activities.
  • Evaluate and review mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for M&E systems, ensuring that all installations meet required standards and specifications.
  • Ensure that all M&E works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site.
  • Monitor project budgets for M&E services, ensuring that all expenditures align with allocated resources and reporting any variances.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation and commissioning phases of M&E services.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of M&E works, highlighting key milestones and addressing any potential delays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
