MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL COORDINATOR SKILLS:
- Oversee and coordinate all mechanical and electrical services within construction projects, ensuring proper integration with other disciplines.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and cooperation on all M&E activities.
- Evaluate and review mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for M&E systems, ensuring that all installations meet required standards and specifications.
- Ensure that all M&E works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site.
- Monitor project budgets for M&E services, ensuring that all expenditures align with allocated resources and reporting any variances.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation and commissioning phases of M&E services.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of M&E works, highlighting key milestones and addressing any potential delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
