• Customer support: Work with Certa customers to support their needs depending on their lubrication, hydraulic and filtration requirements. Working on hydraulic equipment and completing preventative and routine maintenance as per schedule. Being flexible with time and travel.
• Safe and Competent working: Maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness on all jobs where physical maintenance and fitting is required. Putting safety first at all times.
• Sales Mindset: Be aware of opportunities to sell more of the company’s products or services. Be inquisitive about the customer and find out their plans and upcoming projects. Request referrals based on word of mouth.
• Compliance and Upskilling: Being compliant with all regulatory and customer requirements in terms of safety and compliance. Prepare necessary documents including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Product Data Information. Keep up to date on all product developments including lubricant specifications and grades and hydraulic and related products
