Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning units.
• Ensure efficient operation of ventilation equipment and controls.
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC cooling units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects.
• Repair defective HVAC equipment.
• Make adjustments and calibrations to thermostatic controls.
• Install new air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain refrigerators, ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
• Clean blowers and coils, check belt and motor tensions.
• Create plans and designs for new air conditioning systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Carry out ductwork installation and maintenance.
• Interpret MEP drawings.
• Troubleshoot and rectify VRV AC unit errors using software.
• Maintain server room AC and humidity control.
• Maintain tools, logs, and inventory. Adhere to work plans, track time, and communicate with the Facility Manager.
• Cooperate with contractors to ensure successful maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and safety regulations.
• Comply with policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Adhere to applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Meet Tek-Experts attendance and appearance standards.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as requested by management.
