MECHANICAL ENGINEER (MEP)

We are seeking a dynamic MEP Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about MEP design and coordination, with expertise in ADCD approvals, fit-out projectsand fire protection systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have 2-3 years of experience in Consultancy and Contracting specifically in Fit-out works
2. Any Nationality
3. Exeperience in MEP coordination and attending ADCD inspections
4. Expertise in MEP design for fit-out projects
5. Proficiency in softwar tools such as AutoCAD, carrier HAP, Duct Sizer, etc.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork skilss
7. Relevant certifications or licenses in MEP Engineering
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
9. UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

1. Prepare HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm and emergency lightning shop drawings.
2. Design and prepare kitchen ventilation and smoke management systems in compliance with adcd regulations
3. Review contractor shop drawings, providing feedback for adherence to project specifications.
4. Submit drawings and apply for inspection through MePS / TAMM, ensuring compliance before ADCD inspections
5. Coordinate and attend Civil Defense inspections to ensure all systems meet regulatory standards.
