JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position for Building Services will play an important role in overseeing the technical facets of building services, with a primary focus on Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Cold Water installations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Hold an engineering degree or post-graduate qualification recognized by PE Board.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm or construction firm.
• More experienced candidates shall be considered for senior engineer positions.
• Proven experience in technical engineering roles within the construction or building services industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CAD software and project management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.

• Preparation of design drawings, tender documents, progress claims, reports, and other essential project-related documentation.
• Provide technical support to senior-level engineers, aiding in the efficient execution of their responsibilities.
• Actively participate in job-related meetings, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with authorities’ inspections.
• Coordinate closely with CAD designers, maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate a cohesive project workflow.
• Uphold strict adherence to ISO standards, ensuring quality compliance is maintained throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
