Description:
DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Leaton Quarry, Shropshire.
This role will report directly to the Quarry Manager.
You’ll primarily work across an early shift and a late shift Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday morning with the option to earn overtime on an ad-hoc basis.
Please note, this role is available to those within commutable distance to Leaton Quarry, with the Right to Work in the UK.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Experience in a maintenance or mechanical engineering role.
- Experience of welding and fabrication.
- A full UK driving licence
Responsibilities:
Your role as a Mechanical Engineer will include:
- Supporting the Maintenance team with all preventative maintenance activities across the site, ensuring the plant remains operational.
- To support any ongoing long term project work for the betterment of the quarry
