Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing plant or production facility.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred); IELTS 8 or higher for non-native English speakers.
- Skills: Proficient in CAD software for design and simulation, strong project management, and excellent organizational skills.

Job Mission: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a focus on automation to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading projects from the initial concept through to installation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all safety and legal requirements. This role involves a blend of project management, technical expertise, and customer interaction, and the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s preferred) and significant industry experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Lead automation projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Solution Development: Design, upgrade, and implement mechanical systems to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Technical Drawings: Create and simulate mechanical systems using CAD software and relevant tools.
- Project Commissioning: Oversee the installation of mechanical devices and systems, developing maintenance schedules and programs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, designs, and progress reports.
- Interpersonal Communication: Build strong relationships with team members and customers, providing updates and feedback with transparency.
- Industrial Equipment Handling: Operate industrial tools (vacuums, steamers, agitators) and be willing to learn Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a car, and a smartphone for work-related travel and communication.
