Job Purpose:
Support the plant maintenance team with technical matters related to preparation of repair plan, troubleshooting & problem identification, problem resolution activities etc. for rotating equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Troubleshooting and resolution of repetitive failures (Rotating & Hydraulic) / breakdowns with close coordination from stakeholders.
• Engage in development of maintenance strategy for various rotating equipment by participating in various reliability methodologies.
• Prepare / Review Work Instruction and department Standard maintenance Procedures.
• Engage in plant projects phases such as concept development, FEED preparation and all technical reviews.
• Participate in technical scope preparation for repair of critical maintenance equipment and plant projects.
• Engage in Turn Around related technical scope review, technical evaluation, correspondence with OEM and other vendors for technical clarification as well as technical support during Turn Around execution.
• Participate in management of change, plant revalidation PHA, various risk assessment, root cause analysis etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8 years of maintenance experience in the petrochemical or oil industry for hydraulic & rotating.
