The role

We are currently seeking for Mechanical Engineer to support major projects across the Infrastructure and Energy business line. With demonstrated experience and commercial understanding, you will play a key role in:

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, fire suppression, and other related systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate mechanical equipment such as chillers, pumps, fans, boilers, and other machinery required for the airport’s operation, considering factors like energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that contractors adhere to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical installations to verify their functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• A professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience is required in mechanical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects or large-scale facilities.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for drafting and design.
