Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative HVAC electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence, meet market demands, and drive business growth. Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering database for the sales selection software, enabling sales teams to effectively configure and quote HVAC systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical, electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., CAD software, simulation software), database management, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or related industry.

Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Software Development: Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain an engineering database for the sales selection software.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of product specifications, including capacity, dimensions, energy efficiency ratings, noise levels, and component breakdowns.
- Software Integration: Integrate engineering data with the sales CRM to provide real-time product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and design concepts.
