Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Mechanical Field Technician to join our Resource Recovery team at our Ti Tree facility in Willowbank 4306. As the Technician you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the heavy industrial field equipment onsite.
This is a full time permanent position with overtime available. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within the heavy industrial space, as well as the opportunity for on the job training and upskilling.
Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance, installations, and upgrades on field equipment
- Conducting routine inspections, monitor equipment, and report issues
- Managing work orders, inventory, and part requisitions through CMMS
- Ensuring safe and reliable plant operation to meet KPIs
- Participating in on-call rosters, overtime, and ongoing training
