We’re seeking dynamic Mechanical and Industrial Engineers, to join our appraisal team. We welcome all experience levels, from industry newcomers to seasoned experts.

Your proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and databases are second nature. You hold a valid passport, unrestricted driver’s license, and are open to regional, national, and international travel.
Responsibilities:
You will apply your machinery, technology and tool design and development knowledge to determine the replacement cost values of buildings, machinery and equipment. You will get experience across many sectors such as mining, forestry and paper products, food, utilities, metal, education, and health care industry. Some days, you will be on the move, conducting site inspections to gather specifics, measurements, and take photographs of tangible assets. Other days, you will be in your home office preparing for site inspections or costing and analyzing data related to buildings, machinery and equipment. The position requires travel (30-40%) within the region and nationally and may include international travel. Therefore, the successful candidate should reside in close proximity to a major airport in Canada or USA.
