Position to be filled: Mechanical Lead Engineer

Main requisites and general background:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, equipment selection, and material specifications.
• Expertise in rotating equipment, static equipment, HVAC systems, and piping design.
• Experience in leading mechanical engineering teams and overseeing project execution.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAESAR II.
• Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with shutdown planning and execution involving mechanical systems.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
