ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
- Develop and approve lifting plans
- Perform lifting analysis.
- Facilitate and participate in reviews.
- Supervise lifting operations
- Safe systems of Work
- Prepare method statements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum technical college education in mechanical engineering; a bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
- English version of the certification: CPCS Code A62 Crane Supervisor qualification or an equivalent.
- Multidisciplinary understanding
- Experience with collaboration across nations and international office locations
- Qualified to both develop and approve crane lifting plans and crane berthing studies.
- Lifting plans are usually accompanied with scaled drawings showing the various positions of the crane during the lifting process. Therefore, being familiar with CAD software is useful.
