Reporting to the Maintenance Crew Leader for your team, your role may involve:

• Maintaining mechanical assets across the smelter, focused on unplanned breakdown or plant limiting work, troubleshooting and problem-solving equipment failures and improving reliability
• Identifying defects and providing feedback on asset performance and health
• Confined space and working at heights activities
• Working autonomously, being reliable and positively contributing to the maintenance team, understanding the requirement to maintain assets in a safe and reliable condition
• Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives which will involve working with many different disciplines within the organisation
• Promoting and identifying HSE opportunities to improve equipment, processes and behaviour
