REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical secondary education (building services technician, mechanical technician, mechanical maintenance technician, industrial technician, machine fitter, etc.)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Technical aptitude, consistent, safety-oriented, and conscientious work approach, problem-solving attitude
• Fault-finding and repair based on technical documentation, precise and responsible work both independently and as part of a team
• User-level computer skills

• Occasional repairs and planned preventive maintenance of mechanical systems in various pharmaceutical supply systems (water, steam, and compressed air networks, heating, cooling, and HVAC systems, etc.)
• Planned maintenance and repair of cooling units, air conditioning machines, cabinet air conditioners, custom HVAC systems, fan-coils, and air handling units that are part of the HVAC system
• Maintenance and repair of networks, control elements, and their regulation related to cooling and ventilation systems
• Professional troubleshooting of any arising faults and execution of actions according to the maintenance program and other requirements
• Handling documentation and documenting the completed tasks and actions
