Mechanical Manager - Estates - NHS - Portsmouth - Salary £52k - £55k
Due to an impending retirement, a well respected Facilities Management company is looking for a Mechanical Technical Manager for a large hospital site in Portsmouth.
You will have a strong mechanical building services maintenance background with comprehensive knowledge of ventilation, air handling units, split systems, steam raising plant, boilers, LTHW and pressure systems.
Previous healthcare experience would be useful but not essential.
6 direct reports, a team of engineers under them and specialist subcontractors carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the site. Authorised person duties will be expected and additional payments will be made for these.
Call out rota is 1 in 4 and typically resolved by a phone call.

Free off site park and ride available unless called out then parking onsite.
