Responsibilities:

  • Role Overview
  • Multi-disciplinary position supporting facilities management at London client sites
  • Focuses on day-to-day maintenance and operation of plant equipment within a multi-skilled engineering team
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reading blueprints and examining surfaces to determine work requirements
  • Ensuring site operation complies with local legislation
  • Adhering to the Maintenance Management system
  • Conducting small installation works and repairs
  • Performing planned maintenance activities
  • Maintaining plant and utilities
  • Providing technical support for projects
  • Managing work orders and change control notifications
  • Implementing safety procedures (e.g., Permits to Work, Lock Out/Tag Out)
  • Managing Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)
  • Updating documentation and drawings
  • Collaborating in cross-training
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Communicating and reporting to the line manager
  • Managing sub-contractors when required
  • Working Conditions:


    • 5-day work week with shift-based structure (7am-4pm / 3pm-10pm)

    • Overtime opportunities - weekend, late shifts, or bank holiday work
    • On-call duties and emergency call-outs may be required
    • Possibility of working at other sites within the contract
    • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Level 3 mechanical or Plumbing/HVAC qualification required
    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a team
    • Knowledge of industry trends and interest in facilities management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
    • Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations for corporate sites
