  • A Level 7/8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in mechanical engineering or project management, preferably within the construction or building services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Adherence to deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
