We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
Role Overview
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the execution of mechanical installation projects, coordinating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Experience:

  • Mechanical Project Management: 3 years (preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple mechanical installation projects including HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and pipework
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and progress reports
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical project management, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or commercial installations
  • Qualifications: HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in mechanical contracting, MEP systems, or industrial fit-outs
  • Skills: Leadership, budgeting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
