POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Client is looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor with a forward-thinking approach to join their team in Dublin. The role requires previous experience in quantity surveying, cost analysis, or project controls within a mechanical subcontracting environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or Project Management within a mechanical subcontracting setting.
  • Strong expertise in cost control, contract management, and handling project variations.
  • Ability to interpret and work with isometrics, technical specifications, and P&IDs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and capable of advanced data handling.
