ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
- Solve problems and prepare technical requisitions for mechanical equipment
- Evaluate offers from suppliers
- Follow up equipment and selected manufacturer
- Participate in study work
- Estimate and give input to work packages
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- More than 5 years experience in engineering within the Oil&Gas industry
- Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards
- PRE Experience with multi discipline equipment packages
- Knowledge of Life Cycle Information (LCI) and/or Documentation for Operation (DFO) deliverables
- Works independently and communicates actively within engineering team and with client and supplier
- Excellent written and spoken in Both English and Norwegian
