This position is available due to internal promotion, this is a genuine opportunity offering a career path into sales, account management, project management & leadership with a global OEM.

• Provide customers with pro-active advice and support
• Facilitate flawless start-up of development machines.
• Support engineering and be directly involved with machine commissioning.
• Provide advanced technical support for development equipment in the field.
• Coordinate new product field trials and document results including any opportunities for product enhancement.
• Collate field data and evidence for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major failures and unresolved reliability issues.
• Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to offer solutions for customer needs.
