Dublin based contractor who specialise in HVAC installation, building services, BIM, and FM.
Salary DOE but you can expect at least €80k plus package to include vehicle and more.
You are a mechanical services project manager from the Dublin area who will only be working on projects in Dublin.
You will oversee mechanical installations like HVAC systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire suppression, and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-profile projects such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Pharma, Industrial & Data Centres.
You have the opportunity to lead complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

MECHANICAL SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project management within the construction or building services industry.
• Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance in the construction sector.
• Full, clean driving license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
