Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To respond to defects, faults and client requests and work with others to identify root causes of breakdowns and faults
- To identify, and arrange for the requisition of materials in support of assigned maintenance work orders
- To undertake all work to a high standard whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders
- To oversee and escort contractors where required, ensuring their work is satisfactorily completed in line with risk assessments, method statements and contract SLAs
- To complete tasks on work orders assigned to you within the designated time period
