MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR SKILLS:

  • Significant experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects to a high standard of quality and safety.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

AS A MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR SKILLS:

  • Oversee all mechanical works on-site, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and maintaining productivity.
  • Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are achieved while adhering to budgetary and quality expectations.
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Monitor work to ensure it meets design specifications, building regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the project manager, addressing any challenges and proposing solutions to mitigate delays.
