SES Engineering Services are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team in the Northeast focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities:
Our Site Supervisors are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role will be to manage the technical leadership of project progression and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of engineering services.
As our Mechanical Site Supervisor you will:
- Management & supervise direct labour resource including start right briefings, produce method statements and risk assessments and compliance with visual standards
- Management & supervise sub-contractors including carrying out RAMS challenge, plant inspections and compliance with visual standards
- Working as part of a team to work safely and economically by co-ordinating activities with all other trades
- Manage completion of site installation work ensuring work is on programme and within budget
- Organise, advise and supervise all personnel working on site and monitor productivity output to maximise efficiency
- Organise the labour & general material requirement in advance of the installation and ensuring that the agreed labour is on site in the required time
- Monitor and inspect the quality of work on site to ensure work is completed correctly
