REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in Rotor Craft Maintenance.
- Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
The role of Mechanical Supervisor requires an individual with supervisory skills. When acting as 2nd Signature, a proven ability to plan, sequence, distribute and control technical work for a small group of equally-qualified technicians is essential. When acting as 1st Signature, the ability to act as a ‘team player’, maintaining output against schedule while ensuring safety and continuing airworthiness is required. A successful candidate must be capable of understanding and interpreting technical information and possess knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RAs), MAA Regulatory Publications (MRP) Part 145, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) and the application of these requirements within their area of Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
- Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul. Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
- Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
- Oversees training.
- Works under general direction.
