An opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Supervisor in Muswellbrook for Downer’s Industrial Energy business unit reporting to the Outage Manager . The ideal candidate will be involved in duties such as:

• Managing crew allocations and work areas
• Liaising with client and contractor representatives
• Foster and maintain a collaborative, high-performing, and client-oriented culture of continuous improvement
• Attending daily and weekly planning, interface, and progress meetings
• Understanding and compiling weekly and fortnightly productivity reports
• Working closely with schedulers, planning day-to-day activities to ensure objectives are met
• Reconciling crew timesheets, daily progress reports, day works and variation/ delay capture reports
• Plan and forecast works for the following fortnight ahead
• Attending prestart meetings whilst continuously promoting zero harm
