• Ensure trade personnel within the work team have a comprehensive understanding of company processes and are trained and competent in all tasks.
• Ensure productivity, quality and efficiency within the work group.
• Comply with all WHS policies/procedures, company’s equal employment opportunity and diversity policies to align with our Pride values.
• Liaise with Facilities Maintenance Manager to provide direction to the trade team in completing all tasks.
• Key person responsible for coordinating and managing trade team to deliver on committed project/workflow schedules.
• Allocate and book labour to appropriate work packs eg; work orders and work tasks.
