Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Operating technical building, pool and wellness installations
- Recognize and analyse interruptions and failures.
- Maintain regular maintenance to all technical installations (fire detection cabling, lifts, automatic gates, garage doors, building fabric, etc.).
- Update technical filing and drawings.
- Manage specialized subcontractors.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and technical staff.
- Receiving work permits and notifications.
- Provide information for repair quotes.
