DESIGNATION : Mechanical Test Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering.
• Experience in plastic injection or electro-mechanical assembly is required.
• Experience in mechanical design and plastic material properties will be advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

• Assist in product validation and qualification activities during product development.
• Perform product mechanical testing based on the test plan and work instruction.
• Ensure testing complete within set timeframe.
• Perform defect identification and defect diagnosis.
• Create valid and accurate test report to engineer.
• Participate in initial test setups and test preparation.
• Participate in defect troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Assist in maintaining test equipment.
