Mechanical Vendor Inspector (Full-Time)

Our office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Vendor Inspector for full-time employment.
The in-house Inspector is responsible for representing Fulkrum Technical Resources and its Clients on-site; they will be required to carry out QC activities as directed by the Fulkrum Operations Manager and QC Coordination Team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Required qualifications: Coating NACE level 2 OR B-GAS level 2
• Welding CSWIP qualification
• API certifications is advantage
• Experience in welding, painting and coating vendor inspections in Oil and Gas Industry
• Knowledge and experience of all zone types of Mechanical Equipment.
• Full working knowledge of MS Office programs

  Successful candidates must have the right to work legally in this region

• Representing Fulkrum and its clients in the execution of field QC activities
• Perform all aspects of vendor inspections.
• Visual inspection of commodities in line with qualifications and experience
• Providing desk support to Fulkrum operations (for example report reviews)
• Creation, review and submission of field reports working with close cooperation with QC Coordinators
