• Provide a maintenance service to other Mill departments that involves the completion of planned and unplanned maintenance and capital projects safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the training of apprentices/trainees and other trades and workers.
• Maintain factory and Cane Supply assets for production and maintenance operations.
• Planning, organising and completing work to the required standard and cost within the designated timeframe.
• Ensuring compliance with reliability processes, work management practices, procedures and technical standards.
• Assisting in planning, developing and implementing maintenance and capital budget proposals to cost and performance criteria.
• Effectively managing the performance of your team in accordance with Wilmar’s policies and procedures.
