Mechatronics Engineer

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with highly automated equipment and injection molding machines.
• Extensive experience with SolidWorks, including:
• Designing and modeling mechanical components and assemblies.
• Converting 3D models into accurate 2D drawings for production.
• Using simulation tools to test and validate design performance.
• Experience in medical devices and pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics.
• Thorough understanding of robotics, control systems, and machine operation.

• Provide technical support for automated and injection molding machines.
• Utilize SolidWorks to design, model, and convert 3D models into 2D drawings.
• Use SolidWorks’ simulation tools to test and validate design functionality and performance.
• Assist production, process, and technical teams with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Train technical and operations teams, and support software and validation engineers.
• Monitor machinery performance, generate reports, and propose improvements to enhance output, reduce downtime, and lower costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process and equipment improvement projects.
• Develop and manage small-scale improvement projects.
