This is all accomplished by combining the strengths of industry-leading door and hardware brands.
Great news! We’re currently seeking a Medeco Solutions Specialist that will be based at our Vaughan headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Medeco Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the Medeco revenue in Central Region by targeting, developing and maintaining high-impact relationships in customer organizations and acting as a subject matter expert to other ASSA ABLOY sales staff towards closing key system opportunities. The ideal candidate is continuous improvement focused, detail-oriented, and is a strong team member.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing of Related Field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales role.
  • Basic technical sales experience in a B2B environment an asset.
  • A technical understanding of security products is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Medeco revenue, market share profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive penetration and revenue growth for Medeco’s Intelligent Key Solutions.
  • Collaborate proactively with ASSA ABLOY’s staff in channel management and customer service.
  • Successfully penetrate new and existing end-user accounts.
  • Develop targeted vertical market expertise to ensure Medeco’s growth and leadership in that market.
  • Gain respect and trust as a consultant on all types of mechanical and electronic key system implementations.
  • Participate in lead sharing with colleagues in the Door Security Solutions group.
  • Participate in the annual trade show plan within targeted vertical markets.
